At a glance. The site has no account system, checkout, advertising tracker or analytics tool. Enquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. We use limited functional browser storage for currency and page continuity.

01 Who controls your data

UNIQUERON LLC, trading as Iron Power Nutrition, is the controller of personal data described in this notice.

Address: 1401 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, Florida 33323, USA
Email: hello@ironpowernutrition.com
Telephone: +1 771 474 3995

02 Scope and key points

This notice applies to personal data handled through this website and in our communications about enquiries and quotes. It explains our practices under applicable data-protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where it applies.

We do not use website data for behavioural advertising, automated decision-making or profiling. We do not ask for special-category data such as health, biometric, genetic, religious or political information. Please do not put health details or other sensitive personal data in a message or quote request.

03 What we use, why and our legal basis

Activity and dataPurposeGDPR legal basis
General enquiries: name, email address and message, plus information you choose to provide. To receive, assess and answer your enquiry and maintain relevant correspondence. Steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)); otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and managing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)).
Quote requests: name, email address, selected products and quantities, and optional country/region and notes. To prepare, discuss and follow up a requested commercial quote. Steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Orders and business records: agreed quote and transaction, contact, invoicing, delivery and payment-related records if an enquiry proceeds. To perform an agreement, administer the business relationship, keep required records and manage legal claims. Contract (Article 6(1)(b)); compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (Article 6(1)(c)); legitimate interests in record-keeping and establishing, exercising or defending claims (Article 6(1)(f)).
Website delivery and security: IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, time, referrer and technical log data that our host or security provider may receive. To deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and maintain security. Our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Name, email and message are required in the general enquiry form. Name, email and at least one product line are required for a quote request. Without them, we cannot identify your request or respond. Other fields are optional.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether the processing is necessary and balance those interests against your rights and reasonable expectations. You may object as explained below.

04 Forms and the email hand-off

The website’s enquiry and quote forms do not directly submit their contents to a website database. When you select “Prepare email” or “Prepare request”, code in your browser validates the form and creates a draft addressed to us in your email application. Your message is sent only if you choose to send that draft.

Once sent, the message is processed by your chosen email provider and our email provider under their respective privacy terms, and by us as described in this notice. If no email application opens, you can contact us directly at the address shown on the website.

05 Browser storage, cookies and Google Fonts

Our website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses the following browser storage for functional preferences and navigation continuity:

  • ipn:currency in local storage remembers a manual USD, EUR or HUF choice until you clear site data;
  • ipn:hero-spent in session storage prevents the opening sequence replaying during the same browser session; and
  • ipn:catalogue:… in session storage restores the catalogue position when you return with your browser’s Back action.

These values stay in your browser and do not directly identify you. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data controls. Blocking them may reset the currency or page position but does not prevent browsing.

We use Google Fonts to display the website’s typography. Loading a font makes a request to Google that can include your IP address and standard request information such as the requested URL, browser user-agent and referrer. We use the service on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting the website consistently. Google acts under its own terms and may process this technical data in the United States or other countries. Learn more in the Google Fonts privacy FAQ and Google Privacy Policy.

06 Recipients and international transfers

We share personal data only where necessary with authorised personnel and service providers that support website hosting, security, email, communications and IT; professional advisers such as lawyers or accountants; public authorities where required by law; and a buyer or successor in connection with a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell personal data. Service providers may process data only for the agreed service or as independently required by law. We require appropriate contractual and security commitments where applicable.

UNIQUERON LLC is located in the United States, so information you send to us from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) is received outside the EEA. Other providers may also process data internationally. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, we use a lawful Chapter V mechanism appropriate to the recipient—such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses—and supplementary safeguards where required. You may contact us for information about the relevant mechanism and a copy of applicable safeguards, subject to permitted redactions.

07 How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, then delete or anonymise it unless law requires a longer period:

  • Enquiries and quotes that do not proceed: normally up to 24 months after the last substantive contact.
  • Transaction and business records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and record-keeping law, and as needed for relevant legal limitation periods.
  • Technical server and security logs: normally up to 30 days, unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident, prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation.
  • Browser storage: the currency preference remains until you clear site data; session items normally expire when the browser session ends.

We may keep a limited record longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with law or document a rights request.

08 Your GDPR rights

Where GDPR applies, you may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we process your data and provide access to it;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erase data in circumstances provided by law;
  • restrict processing in circumstances provided by law;
  • provide data you supplied in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transmit it where technically feasible, when portability applies;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing; and
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise a right, email hello@ironpowernutrition.com. Describe your request and the email address involved. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; GDPR permits an extension for complex or numerous requests, in which case we will explain the delay within the first month. Rights can be limited by law, and we will explain any refusal.

09 Security, sensitive data and children

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. No internet or email transmission is completely secure, so please send only information needed for your request.

The website and its enquiry services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data through the forms. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us so we can assess and delete it where appropriate.

Please do not submit health details or other sensitive data. If we receive information we did not request, we will delete it when it is not needed and we have no lawful reason to keep it.

10 Contact, complaints and updates

Questions, objections and privacy requests can be sent to hello@ironpowernutrition.com or to UNIQUERON LLC at the postal address above.

If you are in the EEA, you may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. A list is available from the European Data Protection Board. In Hungary, the authority is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, email: privacy@naih.hu, telephone: +36 1 391 1400.

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable.
